During the life of your extensions, 5 additional free extension strands are included due to normal hair loss. In addition to monthly maintenance, the removal of your extensions is an important part of our hair extension guarantee. It is important to follow the removal method of the extension system which was used at the time of application. Each one is different and failure to comply with this strict requirement can cause hair damage, split ends and breakage to your natural hair.
